Arguably Indonesia is the most diverse and interesting country you will ever visit. Spread over three time zones it is as large as Europe and with over 17,000 islands - it is has some of the most diverse human, animal and plant cultures known to mankind.
Its composition of thousands of islands has ensured a unique fauna and flora as well as an amazing human cultural heritage, with as many as half of the world known languages being found on the islands and mountains of Indonesia’s sprawling archipelago. Its jungles teem with extraordinary wildlife made famous by Borneo’s unique Orang Utan.
Indonesian’s unique geology and fauna and flora have created fantastic opportunities for pioneering exploration across this wonderful country. Indonesian is the place for extreme adventure and cultural tours, be they family adventure holidays or tailor-made adventures.
We have also included Malaysian Borneo in these itineraries. '
This adventurous expedition takes us off the beaten track as we explore Borneo’s remote jungle.
We start by rafting down the Kiulu River and cycling back before setting off to the jungle. We will trek through the rainforest, camping in remote villages and summiting South East Asia’s highest peak – Mount Kinabalu.

We will travel to the Tanjung Puting Nationa Park in central Kalimantan, Indonesia. As well as the Orangutan, the park is home to a host of rare and unusual creatures including the Proboscis monkey and the extremely rare false gavial, a small crocodile only found now in this park.

Join us on this rarely attempted mountain bike trip where we circumnavigat Mt Kinablu. On this 5 day trip we will bike through primary rainforest, experiencing tiny jungle trails, ferocious rivers, isolated villages and deserted beaches. A truly unique mountain biking adventure. This is a unique expedition and can easily be extended with further biking, or some of our other Borneo or Indonesian adventures.

Towering over the beautiful island of Lombok, Mount Rinjani is Indonesia's second highest volcanic peak. This expedition offers a unique opportunity to summit the Rinjani Volcano.
We consider this expedition to be the best short adventure on the planet. It offers the adventurous awesome scenery waterfalls, rainforests, wildlife, hot springs, caves, demanding hiking, pristine lakes, interesting culture and of course a volcano all in one week.

A 7 day wildlife odyssey in the heart of the Sumatran rainforest. We spend a few days at an elephant sanctuary in Tangkahan before heading to Bukwit Lawang and the orang-utan sanctury and a spot of jungle camping. A great short trip which can be tailored to suit, or simply added on as an extension to another Indonesian adventure
